Had to file a claim. Did it online and it was easy. I uploaded photos and an estimate and got a call the next day and funds in my account the day after. I was shocked how fast it happened. Great people and service!

When looking for insurance you look for coverage, deductibles, discounts, and of course overall price. The old saying goes “you get what you pay for” well with Dan’s office there is absolutely no way to put a price on their worth. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and professionalism are second to none, but their customer service is where they are in a class all their own. After purchasing a vehicle the dealership needed insurance documents. We called Dans office and Holly had everything sent over before the salesman had even finished signing his paperwork. The salesman then looked at my husband and I and said “WOW! Can we get a Holly here? Everyone needs a Holly” to which we just smiled and replied “she is truly the best”. Going in to Dans office feels more like visiting a friend instead of dealing with an insurance company.
